Payment: A non-refundable £25.00 deposit is required to secure an appointment with remaining balance due on arrival via credit/debit card. Pre-Book Packages: Any item included as part of a package will be issued as a coupon code to redeem online at our website, valid for 1 year; postage & packaging charge applies for any item requiring delivery at point of order; standard & express services available to select at checkout from £4.99. Prints: 290GSM Fine Art Lustre. Downloads: High-res, un-watermarked individual JPEG file(s) supplied as online download, licensed for Personal Use. Limitations: (1x) promotional booking per household, max. attendance 10 people (all ages), 1-3 pets. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. No cash alternative, not exchangeable for any other service / product. Commercial bookings excluded from Promotion. Children & Pets: Under 18's must be accompanied by Parent or Legal Guardian & children must be supervised at all times. Pets must be under control at all times; owners are responsible to clean up after their pet - please ensure you bring suitable cleaning items in case of any accidents. Parking: Free parking available on site at users own risk; no responsibility is accepted by S&B Photography, the Managers or owners of the site for damage, accident or loss. General: Any attempt to manipulate the promotion will result in automatic exclusion from current & future promotions. Cancellation by us: Should it be necessary for us to cancel the promotion, liability will be limited to a full refund of deposit paid to original payment method. Change of venue may be necessary & in this event, transfer or option of cancellation will be offered including refund of deposit paid. Cancellation by you: Client is to give notice of cancellation via e-mail to info@s-b-photography.co.uk (at least 24 hours notice where possible); in this event, deposit will be retained but may be transferred to an alternative promotional slot at our sole discretion, subject to availability - due to high demand, re-booking cannot be guaranteed. Missed appointments do not qualify for refund or transfer. Failure to pay on arrival or late arrival exceeding 10 minutes constitutes cancellation & does not qualify for refund or transfer of deposit. S&B Photography’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final & no discussion will be entered into. Standard Service Policy applies.

Q: Can I turn up on the day without an appointment? A: Bookings for this Pre-Book promotion are by online appointment only.
