All orders are subject to the terms & conditions set out in the Order Policy, below:


Full payment is required upon order via cash, credit / debit card. Credit cards +3.1%, to include any applicable delivery charges, as advertised during checkout. Paypal Account holders: We can only post to Confirmed Paypal delivery address, this can only be changed by you, before sending payment. If required, please change 'Send to' delivery address in Paypal at checkout before clicking 'Pay Now'. It's not possible to amend / send to an alternative address once payment is made.

Coupon or Voucher codes must be redeemed in cart prior to checkout & cannot be applied retrospectively.

Website Orders:

Our website will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your Order, you will have the opportunity to review your Order and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your Order carefully before submitting it. If you provide Us with incorrect or incomplete information during the order process, please contact Us as soon as possible. If We are unable to process your Order due to incorrect/incomplete information, We will contact you to ask you to correct it. If you do not give us the accurate/complete information within a reasonable time of Our request, We will cancel your Order and treat the Contract as being at an end. If We incur any costs as a result of your incorrect or incomplete information, We may pass those costs on to you.

No part of Our Site constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept. Our acknowledgement of receipt of your Order does not mean that we have accepted it. Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending you an Order Confirmation by email. Only once We have sent you an Order Confirmation will there be a legally binding Contract between Us and you.

Order Confirmations shall contain the following information: Order Number; Confirmation of Goods ordered; itemised pricing for the Goods including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery and other additional charges.

In the unlikely event that We do not accept or cannot fulfil your Order for any reason, We will provide written notice. If payment has been processed, a full refunded will be processed as soon as possible and in any event, within 14 days of us notifying you.

Any refund due under this Clause will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods. All orders are subject to our review & acceptance at our sole discretion.

Once an order is submitted & accepted by us, amendments cannot be accepted & the full amount is payable in advance. Any photo editing requests must be noted at checkout, prior to submitting your order; in this event, a proof will be provided. Requests made after this time will be subject to additional print / editing charges.


Due to the personal & bespoke nature of goods & services, no refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.


You may cancel your order at any time but in doing so, you shall forfeit any monies paid. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Estimated 7-10 working days & up to 28 working days. Any advised completion date is approximate & not guaranteed. Client is responsible for contacting S&B Photography in advance, to check progress / arrange collection. Named client (above) must collect completed order & complete a product release. Suspected error(s) must be reported prior to signing product release. Reports made after this time cannot be accepted.


By advance appointment only, Tues-Sat between 10am & 6pm, subject to availability. Local delivery may be possible subject to additional charge by prior arrangement – please enquire. USB & print orders up to 10x12” are available for delivery, P&P charge to be paid by the client in full, on arrangement.


No liability is accepted for delayed completion. In the unlikely event of failure to complete order within 28 working days, liability shall be limited to a full or partial refund of any monies paid for outstanding items only. S&B Photography will not be held liable for any damage to any part to the order once product release has been signed, no exceptions. We are happy to assist with repair, subject to additional charge.


All items remain the property of S&B Photography until full payment has cleared. No items will be released until full payment has cleared & the product release has been signed or online order has been processed.


Prints up to A3 are available for tracked delivery, subject to delivery charges, which include postage fee, packaging / handling: (Standard) Royal Mail Signed for £4.99 / (Express) £9.99, which can be selected during checkout, prior to payment.

Please check order carefully on receipt, without delay; if you receive incorrect items caused by a mistake made by Us in delivery or by Our incorrect description or information, you have the right to return them in exchange for a refund or replacement. Any errors must be reported within a timescale of 14 working days from date of tracked delivery.
